My first NSV for this "season" of dieting! This morning, I wore a top to church that I haven't worn in a couple of months. Last time I wore it, the elbow-length sleeves were tight on my arms and made me feel fat. This morning, the sleeves didn't cause any discomfort at all, and it made me FEEL like I've actually lost some weight.
