Well, my Pecan Pancakes were worth waiting for! I only ate 1-1/2 of the three pancakes, though, and then I was full. I ate one of the regular syrups and 1/2 of a Sugar-Free syrup on them. I am able to add back in my Dave's Killer Good Seed bread with butter tonight, and my total for the day still only comes in at 1,405! I'm going to have the other half stack tomorrow, and the calories that day will be 1,660.
Now, here's the clincher! With omitting the daily candy, my average daily intake will average to ONLY 1,501, which is the lowest total I've had in the 13 weeks of dieting!
And, I only had to give up my DKB one time! I'm thankful that the Lord has given me exceptionally will-power this week. No way I could have had such low calorie counts without His intervention.
Now, I'm praying that I'll be able to retain today's loss until weigh-in tomorrow. I'll letcha know!
