Good Morning Thursday!


Hip-Hooray for the Boston Bruins on winning the Stanley Cup!!

STILL no scale movement to speak of!! Changing up the exercise a little bit daily but maintaining calorie deficit of 500-700/day, I don't know...maybe that needs to still be less, like around 300-500? I-YI-YI....

So dental appt yesterday was as expected, yes I do need to get that tooth crowned now. It has gotten worse so next month it will be, already made the two appts. Not looking forward to it, the last crown I got I ended up with TMJ (very painful) and had to finally go to a chiropractor for relief. Felt like my jaw was wired shut. All I could eat was by sipping tomato soup thru a straw for two weeks. Lost about 15 lbs. Hey, maybe that wouldn't be such a bad idea at this point...(ha-ha). Will try and avoid that this time around but will definately get to the chiro immediately if I feel the symptoms returning and not wait as long as I did last time.

Foggy morning here in CT, had lot's of rain last night. Just finished cooking dinner on the BBQ before the thunder and lightening was upon us. Supposed to be a beautiful day today. Will definately get my walk in at lunch time today!

Good morning Babs! I'm sorry to hear you will have to endure more dentist visits next month. Apparently you have experience with crowns and it seems that it was not a happy experience for you. I suppose sipping tomato soup through a straw for two weeks would result in a weight loss, but I don't think you're that desperate or crazy! I hope you get the right food/exercise formula figured out soon. As patient as you are, it still wears a bit thin after a while. Have a beautiful day enjoying your beautiful weather!

Morning Babs, I hate the crowns. They are sooo exspensive as well.. Glad your going to get to walk today.. The scale will move again just give it time. Have a good one buddy..Bren

Morning Babs - that is a horrific dental story! I hope the scale starts moving for you soon, I will say if you are going to change things keep it going for at least a month before you change to something else, I think our body takes time to adjust to a new process and show true results. Have a lovely day :)

Morning Babs. Sorry about the awful dentist experience. :( Sounds like it'll be beautiful up there, wish I could say the same for FL, but we're hitting record breaking numbers in Heat. ugh. Have a Great Day. :)

Babs - You and my husband have something in common! Glad you are getting that tooth taken care of - they just never do get better on their own. Best of luck also with your battle with the scale.
