Headed out tomorrow for a 2 week road trip… Pennsylvania, NY, Massachusetts ( home yay!!) and Vermont. 1st real vacation since Oct 2018. I know I’ll gain, and I’m ok w that. I’ll just try to make sensible food choices and portions, but I am going to celebrate being home and w my family. And except for some occ hiking, wont be much exercise. ✌️❤️ 🤩

Hello Crboyer2, yes I ate so much on holiday, so now I wake up I now need to lose 12lbs it was 5lbs so yes I have whizzed right up. But not any more as my wonderful wardrobe of clothes are very tight. So we are in the same boat so good luck to you on starting today. Let's DO THIS. Merry Mel.🤩

Merry Mel I have 5 days still on my vacation , so haven’t weighed yet. Have seen and made merry with the family, these last 5 days will just be my husband and I , so I will be reigning in the food some. Enjoy your trip. Traveling can be tough. It is for me, anyway. Still a little foresight and mindfulness about food choices goes a long way. And food with family is more than just fuel 😊
