I have to decided to record my weight again today, as you may have read yesterday in my journal, the scale does lie... I hadn't had time to eat yesterday and later that day I weighed in again just because of that fact and I was down another lb. My husband had wanted to go out to dinner last night being its Friday etc. he had ask me where I wanted to go because he is very supported of my low carb intake, we decided to go to a buffet due to variety of choice but that can also be dangerous for anyone because of variety of choice. I was very careful on my intake trying to stay in the guide lines of Atkins and this morning I had weighed in again and I was even .5 lb. less than my 1 lb. drop yesterday. Now, because the scale can lie I don't like to weigh on the scale but just once a week, my old curiosity had set in and I did due to of my intake Friday was less than usual since its even lower Im going to record it today. Also I can always reread when Im not as motivated in my journal what I wrote and hope it will inspire me even more.
