Alright, things look to be back on track. I finally got my elliptical moved into the house from the hot garage...so I can use it now instead of walking in the 103 degree heat. Spent 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday, then had grilled chicken tenders, a small sweet potato, and some green beans for dinner. This morning, my weight was 2 lbs lower than it registered yesterday...almost a full lb below my Monday weigh in. I did change to the air popped popcorn for my evening snack during family time...don't know if that made a difference, but I'll continue to stick with it since there was a change today.

Yippee for getting the elliptical moved to a better location!! That will make exercising so much more practical and doable!! For me, I find that the exercise is a MUST component to losing and keeping the weight off. I'm excited about your progress ... as I am sure you are too!! Keep it up ... and you will continue to be ... on your way!!!

It's really helped, having it handy like this. I don't have to worry about coordinating a good time to go for a walk....just climb on the elliptical whenever I want. I carry most of my weight in my midsection...and cardio is a must if I want to get rid of some of that. lol
