I did bootcamp again last night, and boy am I feeling it today! It's hardwork, but I know its good for me! This is how I should feel every time I exercise! I've gotta step it up!
I also spent some much needed time with the boy last night. He got off late last night, so I broke a rule and went to dinner with him at 10pm. Poor thing hadn't eaten since 3pm! I know that's not healthy for him, but it's hard when you have scheduled breaks and long days. I'm waiting for the day to be out on our own. I will be able to cook healthy meals all the time! Sigh. It's a far off dream though. We have to make money first. And finish school. I feel like I'm in such a rush now. I know to some, 21 is only a baby! But to me I'm starting to feel real old. Only a few months and I'll be passing that mile stone. I want to set a good foundation for my adult life first. I have to start budgeting my money, eating better, and keeping active - body and mind! Maybe if I do it, others will follow, but for now, I just have to do this for me. I'll be housesitting in a few weeks, and I'll be able to give my philosophy a try!
