Down 4/10 of a pound this morning to 238.2. Hoping I'll get into the 237's tomorrow. I wonder how many prayers God gets a day about scale readings, lol. I bet it's a lot!
Drama is back up in high gear. Yesterday, my granddaughter called 911 because she and her mother got into a physical fight after a fight between the two kids. Police showed up, and my grandson had bruises on him where my granddaughter had beat him up (he's 6, she's 11). They filed a Juvenile Violence Report, and my granddaughter has to go to court for the Magistrate to rule on it. NOT the outcome she was expecting when she made the call.
Kids today think that if things aren't going their way, all they have to do is call the police or Child Protective Services and they can get their parents punished. Both my granddaughter and my daughter lie, so it's hard to tell what really transpired. Each says the other was the aggressor. Sigh.
I just try to support them both as much as possible, and will not say anything negative about the other one.
I think I WILL have that second Twix mini today.
