does anyone else really struggle with hitting their protein goals without exceeding their other macros or increasing your daily calorie deficit?
because I most certainly do and would really appreciate any helpful pointers on how to get that balance 🥲

Lol unfortunately protein sources tend to be the most pricey if you want whole foods, cheapest would likely be chicken breasts. If you're looking for budget option I'd go with protein powders and drink them as shakes or find ways to include it in each of your meals (protein oats/pancakes/ice cream/whatever recipes you can google). Avoid big brands like NPL, USN, etc. Brands like Nutritech and SSA you can get a whey protein powder which equates to roughly R10 per serving (~20grams). That way for an extra R30 a day you boost your protein intake by 60grams.. Good luck 💪🏻
