Just noticing that I'm getting full from fewer calories these days. I am pleased, and just a little surprised. Last time I was here I was struggling to keep it under 2000 cals, now I'm pretty much stuffed at 1800, when previously that felt like I was depriving myself. The quality of my meals has improved significantly though.. 🤔 cool. 😊

Yes 😊 it does. Practicing at using good quality ingredients and finding really yummy, nutritious recipes makes all the difference. There's a vegan site I refer to a lot called "Pick Up Limes" that has been very helpful in finding good recipes.

A few years ago I used to think that airlines and hospitals are cheap bastards for serving such tiny meals. But later on I found that if you calculate your calories, it's all you need really!

Lol, right? I'd praise the restaurants that serve giant portions but the fact is the food is quite often so processed and full of sugar and bad stuff, lol. It's funny how your perspective changes when you start improving your habits.
