Half lb loss this week. At the rate I've been going, I'll take it! :) Still haven't gotten up at 5am yet. It's just not going happen this week. Tomorrow I have to leave the house early for an all-day training class, so I simply won't be able to fit it in. But I am going to my nephew's graduation tomorrow night, and will do a lot of walking. I plan to use the elliptical both days this weekend so that we make friends with each other before next week starts. :) I have more time on the weekends, so I can spend a little time getting my body used to running again. (I'm not a fan of running, but it does a body good!) Then I should be able to go use it in the wee hours of the morning with no problem! I'm planning to only run a couple days a week anyway, so I can do that. The days I don't run in the morning, we'll go for a family walk. :) (Thank you all again for reminding me that!) I think varying your types of exercise is better anyway.

Cora was so sweet and cuddly last night. <3 I love nights like that. These days she's generally too busy. But sometimes she still likes Mommy to snuggle her. She's growing so, so fast. This past weekend, we were getting her dressed after her bath, and she was holding her comb. All on her own, she started counting the teeth of it. She counted to 10 with no assistance what-so-ever! The husby and I just looked at eat other, and were beside ourselves. We've been counting with her, and so has the baby sitter, but we didn't know she'd absorbed it so well! Of course, I cut on the camera and tried to get her to do it again (so I could proudly post it on FB), but would she? No way! LOL She never shows off that stuff for other people. They must think we're fibbers... :)

I won't be on here tomorrow since I'll be in that class, so I hope you all have a safe, happy & healthy weekend! *muah*

Way to go! Any loss is a good loss! I always have intentions of getting up in the morning to fit in a workout, but I just LOVE my sleep TOO much!! :) I'm sure you'll be able to jump into it! Chasing that little one around I'm sure burns you some calories! Keep working! You are so close to your goal!!!

Yay for half a pound down! Family walks are always nice (just wait until this heat wave passes us by, JEEZ!!) Next week in NJ it looks like a cooler front is moving in (70's and sunny) so it seems perfect to take the family for an after dinner stroll to aide in digestion. I read somewhere if you walk after a big meal, it helps. I don't know where I read that or if it's true, but worth a try? Proud of you Deb keep it up!!! You're going to be a hot Mama this year on the beach!
