Not going to log weigh in today 😅 Bachelorette this weekend had me eating non stop on Sunday 🍾🥂🍸🍹 Slightly recovered yesterday I think... InBody assessment reveals I’m holding on to 1.8kgs of excess water, muscle up by a 1.4kgs since last week and body fat back down to 20%. These assessments I feel kinda move around muscle, water and fat - definitely correlated so not always entirely sure what the culprit is. I decided to go back to my very first assessment on Oct 21st last year and note my progress. It’s not massive but I haven’t been dieting and restricting stuff I like too much so I’m hoping the weight will stay off. Total fat lost: 8.2kgs Muscle gained: 2.6kgs Total weight lost: 5.9kgs Body fat percentage down to 20% from 30.1% BMI was 23 now 21.3 Oh and BMR increased from 1471 kcal to 1557 kcal -👏 I can actually eat a 100 cals a day more than when I started and still be in deficit. I hope other people are finding the same truth!
