Turns out my symptoms were from gluten, not my thyroid. The Good and Gather Quinoa was contaminated with gluten. My weight loss, headaches, abdominal pain, constipation, tiredness, depression, all can be indicators of Celiac disease. I have 8 of 11 symptoms listed on beyondceliac.com.

I now have to wait for the gluten to get out of my system. I am using enzymes and Epsom salt foot baths to do such. Trying to drink lots and eat easy to digest foods. The gluten food is gone and my kitchen has been cleaned to prevent further contamination as I cook.

I start school next Monday, so this comes at a really bad time. I now will have to rerun all my Fodmap challenges once my gut heals. For now, I will stay low fodmap.
