Well today is my 2nd day and felt really good this morning. I am a little bumbed I went a little over 1200 calories today, instead of a hot dog on a bun I had to eliminate the bun so it wouldn't be that much over. I didn't work out today, I just finished dinner. I'm going to let my food settle and go for a mile walk. Drinking herble tea at night helps with my night snacking. I got cinnomon toothpicks to suck on my drive home from work, it takes me an hour to get home and I use to snack like crazy on the way home. I am glad I found this site, it really has waken me up to see how much I consume in a day. Till again.
