Today I weighed in at 53.4kg I feel great I can’t see much of a change In my body but definitely mentally feel better.
Not getting as bloated. I still eat everything I want chocolate, chips, cake ect. And I’ve still lost nearly 2kgs in 4 - 5 weeks
