I lost .2. figured it would be higher since I cut out the bars.
but last night I did eat a hotdog, but it was an all beef and had no nitrates, so I thought I could eat it. Now I am wondering if I should stay away from all things like that. Maybe because it did have some sugar in it. that is the problem, if it doesn't have sugar, it has the nitrates, and if no nitrates then it has sugar.
