Only a small negative fluctuation but still not too happy about it. I do realize that I wasn't staying well hydrated yesterday, I could really feel myself swelling last night. So that's my own fault. Will focus on drinking lots of water and tea today. I don't tend to take smaller fluctuations too seriously but just want to make sure to manage this correctly right away. Especially when I have sore muscles.
