@2To's mom that is very true😂😂😂. I figured if I'm trying to make eating healthy a lifestyle change, I need to cater for my pap😂. I like bread too but pap stays winning 😂

@MrsMill I'd suggest to do that if you intend not to have it for the rest of your life. Other than that, rather do eating it in moderation. I enjoy my bread, pap and rice on a weekly basis and still manage to shed off some kilos.

My nutritionist said to cool pap, potatoes, pasta in the fridge first and then warm it up.. It becomes harder for the body to absorb it.. It becomes waste going in and out.... Bread is better toasted for same purposes.
