I'm not trying to loose weight as much but more of body re-composition which is increasing muscle mass and reducing fat - so with calories deficit I'm on 2200 cal a day Hi P,F and lo Carb

again looks delightful, I love pate. but I've eradicated it from my diet. when I look at your plate, similar to one of mine years ago, I now see its nutritionally very low
