never give up keep pushing if u feel u have hit an plateau try swithing things up, fat loss is never consittend and it might not look like it on the scale if u do excersise sometimes u gain some muscle also. try useing a tape mesure and work with size over scale. work in extra 10mins cardio or bodyweight movement at home for 20-30mins extra a day. and the yes throw in a nice big clean cheat meal to kick start everything and trick the body. eat workout recover and repeat. 💪 prove yourself wrong and push thru.😁
