High carb day. Had a donut at work before I left this morning. So fats are a little higher then I'd like. Been keeping them at trace amounts only on high days.had subway sandwich as my dinner. Shitty sandwich I could of literally made something better at home . Oh well. Tomorrow's back day. Should have a nice joocie pump after this carb up and sodium.

Tomorrow will be a morning workout so I'm hoping the day before carb up helps. I always have a better workout when I have a few meals digested.
