Yuck! Last week I started with some kind of crude that has me coughing and a sore throat. Add that to the fact that this week started of rainy & cold making it difficult to walk with this crude the scale is not moving. I guess it is good that there is no movement (better than it going up) but I was enjoying the downward trend. Hopefully I will start feeling better soon because I have this constant fog and tiredness this week. I have enjoyed walking during lunch and want to start back. Just have to make sure not to make myself sicker by walking in the cold, wet, and wind. Maybe I will try walking in the building at work.
