I am enjoying a final, massive bouquet provided by my hydrangea bushes. One photo could not show just how much I am enjoying it! I will have a few little ones going forward, but the heat has touched my beautiful blooms. Sunday means game night for the youths of my house, so the temptations to go over my calories today will be significant yet again. I have done little more than maintain this week, so I can not afford to blow it tonight. My daughter is sick with pain, so she has spent the last couple days in bed (which happens to be a mat behind a couch in the living room since she gave her room to the two new girls staying with us). It hurts my heart so much to see her in such misery. She will barely eat and the pressures of life mount and overwhelm while she waits for her body to calm down and the blinding headache, joint pain, and dizziness to become manageable. She has been offered other places and beds, but she says she is as comfortable there as anywhere and doesn't want to move. She will today, for it will be too loud in the kitchen with a gang of noisy people. She has been doing so well the last couple weeks, but this is a rough bout. I can stay home with her today. The rest of the family tries to help out when I am gone, but they aren’t mom. I am so thankful for the sun! Many don’t love the heat we are having, but I have told a few people that the sweat is just all of us thawing from an endless winter. I have been so cold and tired of the gloom, so I can not complain about it being a touch warm. Have a blessed Sunday!

Melissa I'm so sorry to hear about your daughters pain condition, but I'm happy that she's doing better now. I'm not sure id I told you that my husband suffers from CRPS 2 & it also hurts my heart to watch him suffer. I truly feel your pain, & not being able to help... is torture too. I 🙏 for a cure for these terrible pain syndromes.
You are very strong & loving & have channeled that into your flowers. I've never seen more beautiful hydrangeas or roses! More pix for my chillax file! lol

Hazel, thank you for your kind words. I am sorry you understand... For it is so horrible seeing our loved ones suffer so much. I looked up the problem from which your husband suffers. That is so rough. I hope so much he will find relief soon. Our girls has gotten worse and worse each year, but we have lately seen improvement via relief being out of her university classes (the stress makes everything worse for her)and the addition of CBD vape and drops and massage ointments. Finally after years and years of endless pain, something is helping.

And, Hazel, I am glad you like my flowers enough to save them! Sometimes I look through pictures of them I have taken over the years to see the growth and change. It makes me happy!

Thanks you, br_e_co, you are always such a blessed support. Thank you! Someday I hope to report to you that my knee has responded beautifully to the exercises you recommended. I actually think the physical rest mandated by my schedule is helping the swelling go down and it will be ready to work again when I can!

I'm so happy that something is working for your daughter. My husband uses weed as it's legal now in NJ. It's very expensive though, of course. But whatever helps is a blessing for all of us! 🙏💕
