Today we start the 20 lb challenge, it is supposed to end in August. I plan to eat well and work-out. I will use the school gym and eat well, I will eat fruits for snacks and will make my own home cooked meals. I will update my weigh in at the end of every week until August. I am more concern about loosing inches than the weight loss but I really wish I could drop at least a pound or two, If I loose some pounds I will be motivated to go on, I always have a hard time loosing weight even when I do things right. So I plan to burn atleast 500 calories at the gym. I normally dance but I have no way of knowing how many calories a I burn while dancing. I sweat a lot when I dance so we will see. I'm going to use my pedometer to find out how many calories I burn when I take walks or run.
