Weight loss has fluctuated a bit so I haven't been recording. My daughter asked if I had lost weight and I sadly shook my head. She said it must be redistributing then so I took some measurements:

Looking back at my prior measurements, it looks like my waist has gotten the memo to shrink up. Yay!

yes! every friday ill take measurements! this week they didnt shift as much, which tells me i gotta change something. hopefully next friday they will move some more!!
