So I went to my first Bikram Yoga class last night. OMG! I was dripping, I felt like I was gonna pass out, I was dizzy, and let's not forget the jell-o legs! I'm a little sore this morning, but I feel great! Funny how I remember doing a lot of those poses in my youth, just messing around in front of the TV. Well, I'm on my way to becoming more limber! yay me! :-D Next class I plan on attending will be Friday night. Wish me luck! xoxo
