Changed my weight goal from 220 to 239. That will be a 20-pound loss from when I started getting back on track on June 23rd. The weight loss has seemed to be very slow, but it's not as bad as I thought. From 258.6 down to 250.6 in four weeks. That averages 2 pounds a week. Guess I shouldn't be complaining!
