I have cut out all carbs and this is the result. Also doing a little bit of imtermitted fasting...do no eat after 6 in the evenings and only after 11 in the mornings

I am exactly on the same plan as you and have lost 13kg this month , walking and imtermitted fasting from i eat at 8 and stop at 4pm. No carbs and no suger.
