Am sick this whole week with flu no exercise or eating right,hope I will be able to shed the pounds in the next week😭

Just flu? Be more specific. Do your eyes make like that of a Chinese bat when you sneezes? 😝 LOL. The new variant of Covid is 6 times more infectious with a RO of 18.6, compared to the original one's 3. So don't take chances, overdose on garlic and ginger. The one good thing about any type of virus, one loses a lot of weight. So now is your chance. 😁
