i did not weigh in today because I do not want to see what the scale says after my food fest last night. Had a going away party for my friend. I ate too much chips and salsa chips and onion dip and two pieces of strawberry shortcake from Winn Dixie. However, I am back on track today and remembered why I do not eat like that anymore because I felt very tired and bloated this morning. once in awhile, is no biggie...I just need to make sure I don't forgetthe ultimate goal. ;)
