I gained .4 but yesterday we went out for breakfast and I had bacon. then went to the gun show and didn't eat supper till 7 that night. We ate at Logans and I ate alot of shelled peanuts because I was so hungry. Not alot of water drank during the day. drank 4 glasses at supper.
