On 79kg, started Monday again with 1000 calories 🫠

Hey, well done on ur loss. Amazing. Quick question. Is 1000 cals what u supposed to eat or is it just ur amt to lose extra faster. Coz I'm doing 1000 atm and someone told me 1000 is too little im supposed to be having 1400. But honestly now with counting cals I don't eat more than 1000 in a day. If I'm going to increase it I no I wil eat junk to fill up the cals.

Well woman are supposed to eat 2000 and men 2500, but I’m trying to loose weight so I do weeks of 1000 and Like this week I’m 1500 next week I’ll try 2000 but we get so use to being strict and in control that in my mind I buy the food that has low calories already, but the 1000 ones work but I don’t do it for long, il do once in a blue Moon like I’m going on holiday next week so I’ll be doing 2000 but in my mind I know what I can and can’t eat but I’m on holiday so I also want to enjoy it, I normally am always on 1500, last week and the week before I did 1000 a day so that was 2 weeks and it helps to loose 1 or 2kg :)

I'm scared to increase it i don't wana pick up weight. It plays on my mind if I have more than 1000

I can relate and understand :( weight loss and picking up is depressing, we can only try and take it day by day
