Yup, I totally relate-maybe you can try sugar free chewing gum or my favorite is sipping on Sparkling water with ice(eat the ice blocks)...tricks the brain you snacking on something.

Late night munchies are the worst 🙈 I'm trying to get back to no snacking again - stuffing myself at dinner seems to help 😁
@Ms.Harrison my favourite thing used to be chewing on ice, but for me that was a symptom of low iron. I don't crave the ice anymore but I'll still crunch it when I have some in a drink 🤣

You seem like a pretty in shape guy. If you eat clean 90% of the time it wouldnt hurt to treat yourself, just dont lose the plot and go chowder on yourself.

I found that a tablespoon (or 2 lol) of peanutbutter helps me with the late night munchies... 😉

I often do the yogurt + whey + PB all together as my after dinner snack but I've cut out dairy for now 🫤
