Just got back from two grocery stores. For vegetables, I got baby lima beans, baby carrots and mini cucumbers. Fruits: Ranier cherries, green grapes, Honeycrisp apples, and bananas - oh and a small watermelon. Got the ingredients to make "TGI Friday Chicken" tomorrow for dinner (chicken breast, Monterey Jack Cheese, fresh Mushrooms and French Friend Onion Rings). I have my eight 8-oz waters sitting at my chair ready to start drinking in the morning. Going to limit Diet Coke to three 12-oz cans (instead of 2+ Liters).
PTL my knee didn't hurt quite as badly today, and I didn't have to limp as much. I think having the elevated toilet seat is helping a lot. I drink ALL DAY, so I go to the bathroom at least ten times a day, and getting up and down was killing my knees.
