started feeling bad about 8:30 pm Saturday night ... woke up about 2 am sick at stomach, chills and body aching all over. stayed in bed all day Sunday no food. tried to keep water /fluids in.got up about 8:30 this morning and ate some breakfast ...put a load of clothes on ,folded and put up a load. then about 11 am the bathroom became my friend again. : ( laid down until around 1:00 pm. taking it easy still feel nauseated and achy ...trying to get caught up on here and do bills. God bless all! Tomorrow will be a better day!! : )
