So frustrating. Despite doing really well on the diet, the scale isn't moving much. I'm going to reduce carbs, beginning today. My carb intake has been over 100g per day, and I think that's too many for me to lose weight. I've never had luck losing weight on a "balanced diet" approach that merely restricts calorie intake.
