Well, good ole mother nature came knocking this morning! Might explain the "only" 1 lb loss yesterday. Have not felt real great today so I treated myself to a lazy day!! : ) Did get some walking in today. Which is an accomplishment because usually my first 3 days on are awful and all I do is sleep and zone out. So I plan to do the best I can and then go stronger after!! Can someone please explain to me on the exercise thing(up top) what the Kcal number is and the net number is and what the difference is please?? Its probably self explanatory but right now my brain isnt getting it!! haha hope all has had a great day....tomorrow is FRIDAYYYYY!!!! : )

I don't necessarily understand it either! Something to do with calories in & calories spent?

I think that's what it is. You're supposed to put ur exercises in daily also

the plate is what you entered in as having ate. The clock is what you entered in as exercise. The net number is food minus exercise. This tells you how much of a calorie deficit or overage you had for the day. While fat secret is not super accurate with the exercise burn rate... it is close enough to give you an idea. For every 3500 calories of deficit you could burn up one pound of fat. Now that does not work exactly like that due to sugars already available and such. But it will be close. And it won't always work out to show on the scale because of the difference in fat density verses muscle density.
