Father's Day today. Had breakfast at the In Law's for bagels and I resisted having two bagels loaded with cream cheese or roasted garlic hummus. I am so in the zone of portion control and I love that place to be. Of course in 10 days there will be lots of cheating because we go see the hubby graduate and there is a Golden Corral, which is our favorite restaurant. However, by that time by body will ahve adjusted to the amount of calories that I have been eating that I may not eat that much at all. I probably won't even count calories that day.
