yesterday we ate breakfast, then went to a gun show and didn't eat again till supper. Which we took my dad out and he wanted to go to Golden Corral. Which is ok, but I was so hungry, that I over ate. I didn't eat off the plan, but over ate. And the brisket that I got I could taste the sugar in in. I guess it was in the rub and they must have injected it. That is one reason I do not enjoy eating out anymore. They just don't know how to make plane food anymore. I gained a pound. But that is ok, I will lose it, but I know next time no matter how hungry I am, I will not over eat. And next time I will take a snack with me when we go out like that so I don't go too long without eating and get too hungry.
