Went a little overboard today. Had my spike day yesterday, but had a all day picnic today. Didn't want to spike today because I would have to eat a majority of my calories late in the day. When I spike its an all day ordeal because I'm soooo stuffed. I just couldn't eat that amount in a few hours time. I will do better tomorrow!!!
