today I am not recording my weight. I will record it MOnday. I am going to be doing lots of housework today and then yoga later. I am very excited about my progress these past two weeks. I feel satisfied and am not over indulging. I am eating to live not living to eat. It makes such a difference in the way I feel. I don't even want to cheat. I don't even deprive myself of anything I want with counting calories, I just control the size of the portions. I get my ice cream through Skinny Cow and it curbs my sweet cravings. When I have pizza I stop with one slice, I no longer have 3-4. I account for everything that goes into my mouth, which stops me from snacking on empty calories all day. It is such a great feeling.

I agree, it is seeming a bit easy, cuz I haven't exactly cut out anything...like diets in the past. i am thinking the weight is coming off slower, but I don't feel sick or deprived! very exciting. just keep moving is all I can think of. so excited for you and glad you are happy at this too.
