It's been a few weeks since I last contributed. New job, move and I am not good without routine!
It is amazing what a change of environment can do to our habits! Is anyone else a routine or habitual fanatic?
On the up side I have stopped smoking and, although I haven't moved much, the past few days have been back on the groove yay!

Use the move to trick your mind Sal. My life changed when I moved - new clean house, so I decided I could keep it looking the same as when we moved in. Have managed (usually), and got rid of so much clutter that used to take over our last home. Also started walking the neighbourhood straight away, so the mindset is, we walk a lot in this area, because we have done it from the start, it seems normal. Good luck

...and did you realise that the new place is somewhere you don't smoke? You only smoked at the old job, old place. Your mind is so powerful - use it to trick yourself and it will become reality :)

Thanks for your support Kathy - yes the mind is a powerful thing all right! And when I said I haven't moved much, I meant in the weight loss department...my job has moved me around a dozen times in the past few years. I am really a nester at heart so it takes me a while to find my groove lol!
