I have gained 5 lbs this week. So disappointing, but I know what happened. I tested positive for COVID-19. I was very fatigued, and couldn't do much. I'm single, live by myself. I ate a lot of convience food thar didn't require much effort because it's all I could muster. Dammit, time to get back on track.

I wish you a speedy recovery. I too live by myself. I found that egg drop soup with hot mustard or franks red hot sauce is quick and easy even if you feel awful. I heat the chicken broth, whisk in a raw egg, and spice it up to taste. Hope it helps.

Hope for a quick recovery as well! I just tested positive yesterday. I’m vaxed and boosted- second time for me in less than a year. Both times right after a flight!
