I just started doing an Isopure protein shake for my first meal of the day around noon. Today it was banana, peanut butter, almond milk and a scoop of Isopure. It left me so full I didn't want anything else until 5pm. Splurged on chicken broccoli pasta. That's all I've had and really not hungry. Really low calories. I should have gotten a salad. It's okay. I like to stop eating by 7:30 pm or so. Tomorrow is weigh in. Not expecting too much. I'm old and not very active so I expect it could take a couple of months go lose the 6 lbs.
