I noticed to get protien, chicken breast with out skin is a good option and many people do eat it when it comes to protien. and what else? ( but with no or less fat and bal carbs.)

Seafood is a good option. Actually, the best thing to do is to get your protein from many different sources. Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, add whey protein to shakes, etc. It's also important to get good fats in your diet from avocados or natural peanut butter. Good fats help your body lose weight.
