Hi everyone. So today I wore my "famous comfy clothes " for work. The top is long and covers all the bumps and the jeans is the only one that firs comfy but today when I wore them it was loose. I was so so excited. I'm definitely noticing differences in my body. This just motivates me so much. Keep going in the right direction even if you stumble get back up with your next meal don't be like the old me that wasted the entire week eating junk to start "next week " and that next week doesn't come along
