Today brought a new workout routine. I like new workout day. It's always a good feeling to have different muscle groups feel the burn. I feel today that I actually had a great workout, actually working muscles, as opposed to my body just going through the motions of the exercise. Maybe that is what I have been doing wrong. I have just been going through the motions as opposed to trying to work the muscles. I just don't like not being able to lose the weight, but I think doing a more exercising and better exercising will help in that regard.
I just want you all to know, I do keep up with how everyone is doing. I may not comment on your entry, because I am so busy and can't always make a comment, but do know that I am proud to see how everyone is doing. You all make me want to do better and work harder to reach my goal. You truly are an inspiration. To everyone who has so issues, which is mostly everyone, I pray that you all find what it is that will bring you to be happy. Friends are great. I consider you all friends, and thank you for always being there for me when I need it.
