Guys since I was last on here ive been in and out of hospital because of my fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis , endometriosis and received some pretty bad news, I can’t eat so my calories are very low but I have picked up what I lost 😞

All the injections, pills, treatments aernt helping either, I had to stop cycling March, so now it’s just walks for me but slow because I got another op on the 17th
