I feel good :) Thank God! after yesterday's vent, lol. I did well yesterday- I did have a bite size chocolate in the middle of the night that i vaguely remember going downstairs for-lol. Though the scale dropped and I don't feel bloated.
Unfortunately I only made it to the gym monday this week and have yet to make it again. I don't think I'll be able to either. I work a fairly demanding job 40 hours a week and am now taking 3 classes 4 (sometimes 5 days a week) so I have lots of homework and little time to do it. Some people may not agree but school comes first right now-the gym second.
I just have to keep pushing through; less than a year til I graduate! Hopefully I'll have a ring by then and can start planning a wedding ;)

WOW...and I thought I was busy...you're on OVERLOAD! I know you saw my journal as well...maybe Jillian Michaels workout DvDs would help? 30 day shred is 20mins long yet its effective. I dunno if you have ever considered yoga, but her yoga meltdown is only 30mins or so. I will say though, school does come first and you're looking great!! You're where I want to be! haha Good luck with school and fingers crossed for that ring ;)

I know the pressures of school and working and trying to find time for fitness. How hard is it to get up and pack a lunch when you know you have to go to class, work, and get to the gym? Ugh, plus temptations of school cafeterias are always a downfall - why can't they offer some healthy options that don't look like they've been sitting out for 10 days straight? You'll get to where you want to be, it just may take some time - you aren't wonder woman, it's gotta be difficult to juggle it all.

You do have such a busy schedule with work and school and the boyfriend and the dog and the house ...and the gym. Keep up all the hard work. You are so worth it!

you're doing great! keep up the good work! i haven't been making it to the gym either, but i don't have a valid excuse like you do haha just make sure you eat healthy and below your rdi, as long as there is a little deficit everyday, the weight will come off eventually.
