A week ago today, I was in the ER, literally starving to death... my band was too tight because my stomach was inflamed due to inflammation in my lungs and sinuses... I was down to 130 pounds, but not healthy... dehydrated, starving. It had been about 2 weeks since I'd eaten anything and kept it down. Liquids, included. I ended up getting all of the saline out of my band. Now, I'm back up to 140, and I'm freaking out. Not because I gained 10 pounds in a week--most of it's fluid--but because I *want* to eat. Not just for nutrition. I want to *EAT*. Crap. so, it's time to get back on the wagon. Calorie counting, exercising, and writing down everything I put in my mouth. Pray for me. I'm gonna need it!
